Driving Directions

We are located right off of HWY 30, near the intersection of South Dakota & Mortensen.

From I-30: Take the CR-R38 EXIT 144-South Dakota Ave toward Kelley. When you reach the stop light at Mortensen & South Dakota, take a right on to Mortensen Rd. Take your 1st right again on to Coconino Rd. We will be on the left side of the road, pull in to Bird Place (1400 Coconino Rd). There will be flags and signs directing you to the leasing office.

From ISU Campus: Travel west on Lincoln Way until you reach South Dakota. Take a left on South Dakota and again on Mortensen Rd. Take the 1st right turn on to Coconino Rd and we will be on the left side of the road. Pull in to Bird Place (1400 Coconino Rd) and follow the flags and signs to direct you to the leasing office.
