Pet Friendly Student Housing in Ames, IA
We love pets at University West Apartments & Townhomes! Prior to a pet entering your apartment, approval from the office must be obtained. In order to get approval, you must first complete a pet addendum with your lease agreement, and pay the required $300 refundable pet security deposit. Pet rent is $30 a month for one pet, or $50 a month for two pets. Dogs are not allowed on second floor apartments at Bird, Celtic, or Mortensen Place. Any dog (of any size) which has a history of aggressiveness, or which develops what management considers aggressive behavior, will not be allowed. A maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment.
University West Properties just wouldn't be the same without your four legged family members! There's a reason why 5 out of our 6 properties are pet friendly, and that's because we consider them to be our residents too! To ensure your pet the utmost quality in veterinary assistance and recreational activities, please reference these Ames businesses below!
